Balcrank Panther HP 3:1 Pump 1130-020, Lubricating Oil Dispensing

The Panther HP oil pump gives medium-volume lubrication systems dependable performance and consistent flow. This Balcrank 1130-020 model handles lubricating oils and similar fluids up to SAE 90.

Its 3:1 ratio provides higher volume than a 5:1 pump. However, it operates at lower pressures for medium pumping distances. Therefore, it fits maintenance shops, quick lubes, dealerships, and medium-sized tank packages.

The double-acting design supports steady fluid delivery during demanding service work. Meanwhile, the mechanical air valve and piston design better tolerate contaminated air. This helps support dependable operation in active shop environments.

At 100 PSI air pressure, the pump delivers up to 8 GPM under free-flow conditions. In typical system applications, expected flow rates are approximately 4–5 GPM. It also produces a maximum fluid stall pressure of 490 PSI.

The carbon steel pump includes a bung adapter for straightforward installation. In addition, the included pressure relief valve kit helps protect downstream lubrication components.

The Panther HP oil pump works with synthetic and mineral lubricants, hydraulic fluid, and transmission fluid. However, Balcrank does not recommend Pride Series pumps for flammable fluids.

For safe installation, hoses, fittings, and piping must meet the required pressure ratings. Balcrank recommends a minimum three-times safety factor for fluid outlet pressure.
