How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for online orders placed at www.energitechservices.com. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility – What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
- Non-returnable items include: parts installed incorrectly and parts ordered incorrectly.
