The Husky XS® 159559-04 unleaded fuel nozzle is designed for durability and precision. Its automatic shut-off feature ensures safer fueling at self-service and full-service stations. The nozzle shuts off when the tank is full, the pump is off, or the lever is opened too early. This helps reduce spills and improve safety during operation.
Additionally, the stainless steel reinforced spout bushing maintains a round spout tip. It also prevents sensor damage and improves nozzle longevity. The integrated Flo-Stop® device automatically shuts off fuel flow if the nozzle is dropped or raised above horizontal. Combined with the StreamShaper® feature, it provides a straighter fuel flow and reduces splash back.
This nozzle is built for performance in demanding environments. The tilt poppet design allows precise “to-the-penny” dispensing, making it ideal for commercial fueling operations. Optional features include cold weather seals, sightglass for visible fuel flow, and compatibility with popular dispenser handguards. With its ADA-compliant EZ Lever, operating force is reduced by 50% for easy use.
